Process Mining – How to get Process Knowledge from Event Logs

13:55 - 14:45

It is a hot topic of today research in area of process modelling to automatize the procedure and to find algorithms, which could synthetize the process models from data collected in logs of performed activities and to validate whether the synthesised  model follows the real process. These techniques of creating processes from data collected by information systems in logs are commonly referred as process mining. We will illustrate on case studies how these techniques work.
